About Jody Cash J.D. LCSW

Jody is the owner and founder of Golden Road Therapy, PLLC and a licensed clinical social worker providing individual telehealth counseling for adults. She earned a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and previously earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

In addition to her formal education, Jody has completed a 40-hour mediation skills training through Center for Conflict Resolution in Chicago, IL. Jody has also done additional ongoing professional development in the areas of anxiety, CBT and exposure and response prevention therapy for associated anxiety disorders.

Outside of her work as a therapist, Jody is a mother who enjoys time with her older teen and adult children. She values being outdoors and in nature. is passionate about music, enjoys thrifting cool home decor, and spending time with her animals.
